Interested in setting up your own practice? Or renovating an existing office? We will work with you from start to finish to make sure you have a high speed, reliable network infrastructure that will keep your computers connected and your software running smoothly. We help with this by following a tried and tested formula
Step 1: Cabling
During the initial construction process, once the frame of the building is up we place the data and voice cables in the walls
Step 2: Coordinated Construction
During construction we ensure that all the required infrastructure is completed prior to drywall going up. This allows for all IT devices to be installed and mounted properly.
We do this by working with your contractor, ensuring everything is prepared properly.
Step 3: Software Licensing and Acquisition
A month or so prior to your desired opening, you will need to fill out and submit to us the specifications and licenses of your new office software. This includes your practice management software, imaging, and so forth. We will also work with you to determine your networks file sharing and user setup.
Step 4: Putting it all together
The finale of all this allows us to efficiently complete the networking setup of your office and the installation and registration of your dental software. Once all of this is done we will perform a final inspection with you, provide all relevant passwords, and show you how everything works.
